Puppy Goals

If you had the chance to photograph 29 puppies, would you jump? I did! Throughout the years I have had a friend and business associate who breeds pomskies, @chinookpomsky. Although her family has relocated N of Edmonton, I’m heading up there in February to visit and to get puppy bait photos that are so effective for IG. It will be fun and chaotic, but I wouldn’t miss this chance for the world. These puppies will be almost ready to head to their new homes (around 8 weeks old) so the timing is ideal to catch those cute little faces and those charming puppy mannerisms that disappear too soon.

One of the very best perks is the opportunity to follow-up with the pomskies that stay in Alberta. Everyone knows how I love to do the puppy and adult photo sessions - I’ve even made a session collection for two shoots at puppy, then adult stages.
